We will discuss how power can be misused, leading to abuse such as bullying and harassment. Through examples and scenarios, learners will be able to identify abusive behavior and understand the importance of addressing power dynamic issues in the workplace. We will also cover strategies for preventing abuse, and fostering a respectful culture.
