Course Description:
Diversity in the workplace means having a group of employees with a wide range of backgrounds. Having a diverse workforce is a good thing, but it can also present some challenges. This session will present facts about diversity about how employees can help create a cooperative and productive work environment by respecting one another’s diverse backgrounds.
La diversidad en el lugar de trabajo significa tener un grupo de empleados con una amplia variedad de antecedentes. Contar con una fuerza laboral diversa es algo positivo, pero también puede presentar algunos desafíos. Esta sesión presentará hechos sobre la diversidad y cómo los empleados pueden ayudar a crear un ambiente laboral cooperativo y productivo al respetar los diversos antecedentes de los demás.
